Although there are over 7billion people on earth, God knows you by name. You are not lost in the crowd. Don't allow Satan to suggest that you are nobody and not seen by God, this will make you susceptible to his lies. If you give Satan a chance he will bury you in your problems. God will do anything you ask in His name, only ensure you can find favour in His sight like Moses. Purity, faith and meekness bring down the favour of God. Ask The Lord to give the grace to live a life of favour. He knows you by name.
