Ephesians 4:30 (KJV) And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption.

The process of regeneration is completed with the Seal of the Holy Spirit upon the life of the new believer. It is a sign of divine ownership which guarantees that the saint will be raptured on the Day of the Lord. For those who are translated before that Day, it is the guarantee that they will be resurrected at the sound of the Trumpet.
