Be Careful For Nothing

Luke 21:34 KJV And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.

The heart can be healthy when it rests in the Lord. Oftentimes, this peace is shattered when the heart is split into a thousand parts, fretting over expectations. This tendency is a danger to the soul.
