Affirmations of the Resurrection Day
The Angel rolled back the stone. Matthew 28:2 (KJV). Every stone sealed over your life, destiny, career, marriage, progress, success, and health is rolled away in Jesus’ name, Amen.
For fear, the keepers at the graveside did shake and became as dead. Matthew 28:4 (KJV). Every bad habit, obsession, addiction, nightmare or demon assigned to keep you back in the grave of life will become as dead in Jesus’ name, Amen! They will keep watch in vain.
Jesus appeared to them, Mark 16:12( KJV). And so shall He appear to you in all circumstances in Jesus name, Amen. He will surely show up. He is ever present.
Fear not! Matthew 28:5 (KJV). What a comforting message on Resurrection Day. Now tell yourself, fear not! My soul fear not! As Jesus has arisen, so shall you arise in Jesus’ name, Amen. You shall not die but live to declare the goodness of God in the land of the living.
Why seek you the living among the dead? Luke 24:5-7 (KJV). You shall not be found among the dead. You will never live in failure, demotion, disgrace, degradation or humiliation in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Jesus saith unto her, Mary. She turned herself, and saith unto him, Rabboni; which is to say, Master. John 20:16 (KJV). Every woman, “Shout Hallelujah!” Amen! Ah! They were the first to see Jesus after the resurrection, not the “Men”. I know the men don’t mind as long as their names are in the Book of Life. Period!
And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they believed them not. Luke 24:11(KJV). The men were stuck in disbelief, and that will not be our portion. Everyone who has undermined you because of gender, race or status will realise that you were divinely chosen, in Jesus’ name, Amen. Please, do not undermine anyone, and may God help us to see the grace in others, in Jesus’ name, Amen!
And they remembered his words, and returned from the sepulchre, Luke 24:8 (KJV). May we remember the comfort and promises written in the Word concerning us, in Jesus’ name, Amen. Remember that by His stripes you are healed, He took all our sins and nailed them to the cross, and His love is everlasting. In disturbing times, may the Word swell up within you to dispel uncertainty, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Now receive your divine commissioning: John 20:19-23 (KJV)
- Peace be unto you:
- As my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
- Receive ye the Holy Ghost:
- Whose soever sins ye remit, they are remitted unto them; Amen!
And they said one to another, Did not our heart burn within us, while he talked with us by the way, and while he opened to us the scriptures? Luke 24:32 (KJV). May our hearts be super sensitive to recognise God’s presence. Every coldness, laissez-faire and nonchalance that has blunted our sensitivity shall be taken away. May our body awaken to the presence of the Almighty, in Jesus’ name, Amen.
Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures, Luke 24:45 KJV. Every blindness and hardness to the truth of salvation shall be taken away in Jesus’ name, Amen.
We have learned from Thomas and will not doubt the power of God to do wonders in our lives, in Jesus’ name, Amen. John 20:21(KJV)
Jesus is alive, and so shall we live and reign with Him forever. Hallelujah! Amen!!! He is the soon-coming King. Anyone who believes will not perish but have everlasting life. John 3:16 (KJV)
