Assuring Grace

A sister shared some concerns and asked the Lord for increased faith to help her pull through. Then a prophetic word came: “The Lord says, It’s okay; leave it with me. I will take care of it.”

Immediately, comfort, joy, and strength flowed through us, and relief was evident. These words of grace are also for you, no matter what situation you face now.

The Lord God, Creator of heaven and earth, the Almighty, Excellent and Glorious One, in whom there is no shadow of turning or variableness, said:

War on every side? You shall not need to fight in this battle; stand still and see my salvation. The battle is mine. Do not be dismayed. I will be with you. 2 Chronicles 20:14–17. Leave it with me!

Is the food running out? I know how one meal can last through years of famine. I know how to feed 5,000 men, besides women and children, with five loaves and two fish, and still gather 12 baskets of leftovers. Matthew 14:20-21. One barrel of oil will fill every vessel you bring. 2 Kings 4:2-7. Leave it with me!

Did the wine run out during the celebration? Don’t worry; I turn water into wine. John 2:6-10.  Leave it with me!

Is your pocket becoming empty? Do not worry; silver and gold belong to me. Haggai 2:8. I own the cattle on a thousand hills, and I will supply all your needs. Psalm 50:10. Trust me; I have more than enough. Leave it with me!

Are you worried about your health? I am the Lord who heals you. Exodus 15:26. I formed you in my image, and nothing about your body is hidden from me. Genesis 1:27. I raised Lazarus from the dead, and I am able to raise you up. John 11:43. Leave it with me!

Are you lost on the way and without direction? I know the way through the wilderness, and I know how to turn situations around. Isaiah 43:19. Leave it with me!

Oppressed by the wicked one, bound by addiction, or trapped by wrong desires? I bring deliverance to the captives, set at liberty those who are bruised, and heal the broken-hearted. Luke 4:18–19. Leave it with me!

Abused and reproached? Wipe away the tears. The reproaches of those who reproached you fell on me. Romans 15:3. Leave it with me!

Are you afraid, worried, or anxious? Take no thought; I know what you need. Do not fear. Matthew 6:25-34. Leave it with me!

Expectations not met and goals not realised? My thoughts towards you are good, not evil, to give you an expected end. Jeremiah 29:11. Leave it with me!

Do you think the answer to your prayers is delayed? Not at all! Before you called, I heard you. A thousand years is like a day to me, and a day is like a thousand years. 2 Peter 3:8. Leave it with me!

Is there trouble anywhere? Do not be discouraged. Though weeping may last for the night, joy will come in the morning.  Psalm 30:5. Leave it with me!

Did you miss any opportunities? All things work together for good to those who love me. I will restore your soul. Romans 8:28. Leave it with me!

Delays in jobs, marriage, children, housing, and it seems you are behind others? I make all things beautiful in their time. I will restore all the years the caterpillars, cankerworms, and palmerworms have eaten. Joel 2:25. Leave it with me!

And so, Lord, what do I do next?

Be at peace; I have you covered. Nothing about tomorrow is hidden from me. With me, all things are possible. I am in charge, my eyes are on you, and all power belongs to me. Believe and trust me: I will do it. I will pay the bills, strengthen you, help you, and uphold you with my righteous right hand. I reward those who diligently seek me. Leave it with me!

APOSTOLIC ENCOURAGEMENT Child of God, stop carrying tomorrow in today’s strength. If you have prayed about it, leave it with Jesus. If you have surrendered it, stop taking it back through anxiety. If you have placed it on the altar, let it remain there. There are situations you cannot fix, people you cannot change, doors you cannot open, and battles you cannot win by human strength.
